Pros

We do a lot of local seminars every week. We needed a tool which could pick up this local buzz happening due to the seminars.
Mention.com was able to catch brand mention on even the small and newly started blogs.
Mention.com can help you track any of the brand mentions on social media, blogging websites, forums, etc.
The software's user interface is clean and easy to use, something very particular is that you can configure the color of an alert if you want to have a more specific reference.
Mention allows me to act quickly and ensure the veracity of the information available.

Cons

I don't like that a lot of the features were moved behind a paywall.
The staff does not communicate or emphasize that the account is automatically renewed.
At times, filters do not work properly. Rest everything is good.
The pricing structure can be a bit high for small businesses.
It takes a little bit of time at first to train the platform to not bring in loads of spam websites.
I could perceive that in most cases, it alerts us to all popular mentions, but there are still times when there are blog posts, but Mention does not understand.
I don't like the quality of the support.
