Pros

  • What I like the best about Drift is connecting with potential prospects in real-time while they are on our website.
  • I was looking for a chatbot tool for my website and I found Drift. Drift is a chatbot tool that helps you communicate with customers in real-time on your website.
  • Simple yet clear reporting. The Dashboard gives a gist of how your bots are performing on any given day, which agent had more meetings booked and other stats.
  • It is effortless to customize and set up A/B testing.
  • You can converse directly from its web portal or app. It's super light and doesn't lag. You can customise it, and it's free for basic use!

Cons

  • There is no integration with SugarCRM which makes it more manual for us to manage the data.
  • Reports only focus on the agent that initially responds to a chat request, but does not drill down if chat is transferred to another agent.
  • The automation product line is underdeveloped and doesn't provide accesibility or autonomy to the end user.
  • All of the products are separate and, thus, aren't included in the original Drift plan.
  • It does not seem to filter out spam, and out-of-country leads seem to get through even though we have filters on them.
