Cons

WalkMe has a lot to it and can be overwhelming. It can be challenging to learn and is still lacking in some areas.
We never had time to implement the product. It takes a huge time investment, and isn't designed for full documentation.
Like all powerful tools with many features, it can be difficult and time-consuming for developers to make the optimal solutions for their users.
It can be tricky to build items if the application has a dynamic element.
The problem is that you have to sign an annual agreement before you really use the product, and you're locked into that agreement no matter what happens.
