Pros

User Guiding is easy to set up and use. It made the onboarding so much easier for our clients.
The browser plugin is an excellent idea for implementing guides and checklists.
No code approach makes it very easy for non-technical staff to pick up the product and run with it. Very easy to use and can see an immediate benefit to our products.
This was super simple to learn and create with. In very few minutes with no coding experience, I was able to create powerful content and tools for onboarding experiences.
I like the ability to provide on-demand learning tools that include text, videos, and links to external resources. We also use the hotspots to draw attention to new features after a release.
I like how easy it is to create guides and checklists. Very user-friendly.

Cons

It is a bit buggy, sometimes it lags or freezes.
You don't have a view about the numbers clicks on the each cta or button of the guides that have a external url, this a problem to can have a metric.
I like the number of options we have for the guides, but I'd like to be able to better customize colors or sizes.
Short trial period made it hard to fully realize the potential of the service.
This product definitely needs time-triggering for guides.
It can get a bit messy if you create a lot of guides.
