- It can be difficult to keep everyone "on message" and get staff echoing the items Marketing focuses attention towards. DSMN8 does this incredibly well.
- I like that you can choose different copy to post depending on what kind of tone you'd like to convey or you can write your own!
- You can see a lot of news of our company in all over the world. One important thing is the integrity and possibility to share a lot of post in differnet platform like whatsapp, linkedin, facebook with scheduling of post.
- I like that it allow all the company members to share content by digital marketing, without taking to much time and helping the company to grow with a invididual reward.

- The user experience, some times the app is crash and the module to automated is not easy user friendly.
- Some bugs when using it and need to link more than only once.
- Sometimes, I feel like some functions aren't so smooth. For examples, across different platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, often times the email that is linked to the different accounts aren't always the business email.
- There are some differents in the share capability on web and mobile applications.
- I do not like advertisements. Sometimes I see advertisements related to some products.
- When the suggested content is not accepted by the moderators you don't get any explanation why.
