- I like Moengage Customer Engagement Platform for creating neat and clean workflow for my SMS campaigns as well it is very good in sending real-time SMS campaigns through its API events.
- Overall experience with MoEngage is good. It's an all-in-one tool for CRM needs, we can migrate from previous platform to MoEngage with better price and capability.
- Overall, MoEngage is easy to use, even as a beginner.
- Thanks to MoEngage simple UI, many features there can be easy to understand.
- The analytics panel enables us to get good insights of the current notifications program that we run, with segmented results and behavioral flows.
- Their support team. Always there to help you 24/7 on, that too on priority.
Cons
- The detailed reports sometimes take a while to get over the mail.
- Their data point is too short, I think it's better at least we can see data point from a quarter or 90 days before.
- Storage of data is at third party public cloud which can lead to data security issues for any organization.
- I dislike the connectors as when customers use some other third-party apps and when I need to send some notification via them, it becomes quite difficult while using this platform
- The only drawback is a minor one, the email templates cannot be access without going through the campaign builder.
- The details of data, the main problem is the total data collected not aligned or not coverred all.
