  • I do wish Klaviyo had better templates and a few more innovative aspects to building emails, e.g. more design options for cleanliness and optimal layouts.
  • I dislike how many bugs one can come across in the template builder. It does the job fine, but often runs into minor problems.
  • Rearranging CRM Campaigns in Flows can be challenging. There are bugs from time to time.
  • Bit expensive for brands with larger subscriber base.
  • Like most platforms, the promise of massive revenue growth is an over-promise with significant work required to grow your email-driven revenues.
  • That when a contact has been suppressed that they can never be re-engaged.
