Pros

Poptin is fairly easy and to use and straightforward. You don't need to be a designer to know much about code to get it to work.
The tool is easy to use, simple, and quick to install. In a few minutes you can be working with it.
Simple to use platform, easy to amend and add different colours and questions. Very straight forward!
I like how quick it is to spin up and test new pop-ups on our site. There's so many possibilities and making the result look great is as easy as using Powerpoint.
After trying different tools, poptin is definitely the one I prefer and would recommend!
The product is very versatile and offers great targeting options and a lot of customization possibilities. Customers service is exceptional and handles issues very quickly.

Cons

Display settings features are a little tricky.
There was a bug on the first day: the link in the pop was disabled.
The free version is almost unusable if you have a high-traffic site.
Not exactly but it will be great if you have someone who can demonstrate about the product and its features.
Still missing certain features such as resizing popus.
The visual designer tool could be more user friendly.
