- The features vs. the money is incredible. The excellent service, you acquire with Thryv upon signing on is far more valuable than the actual price.

- I dislike the price, especially when you are just starting out.
- Currently, there is no timeclock. It would be very beneficial to our team members to have this feature within Thryv.
- The only downside to using Thryv is that it is not all intuitive.
- The app is super slow some (most) days. I had to invest in a desktop computer to get the full benefits as the app kept crashing on our phones.
- The only thing that has been a minor hiccups has been the save button.
- Mobile app has a few defects with invoicing.
