Pros

The features vs. the money is incredible. The excellent service, you acquire with Thryv upon signing on is far more valuable than the actual price.
Thryv is exceptionally user-friendly and loaded with features to run my small business.
I like best the platform's affordability and the responsiveness of the development team.
I love that they made our website looks so professional, if we have any issues at all we just reach out to them!
Thyv packages all the essentials for small business management in to one excellent bundle.

Cons

I dislike the price, especially when you are just starting out.
Currently, there is no timeclock. It would be very beneficial to our team members to have this feature within Thryv.
The only downside to using Thryv is that it is not all intuitive.
The app is super slow some (most) days. I had to invest in a desktop computer to get the full benefits as the app kept crashing on our phones.
The only thing that has been a minor hiccups has been the save button.
Mobile app has a few defects with invoicing.
