Pros

It has a very clean user interface, and provides insights and recommendations to help guide the user to corrective actions.
BrightEdge helped us increase our SEO and refine our website using new techniques.
I really love how BrightEdge lists our the individual keywords in a row and shows you their movement.
The intuitive keyword research function which helped jumpstart my SEO career.
The customer service both in initially walking through the product and once purchased has been incredible.
BrightEdge gives you the tools to help your search engine optimization efforts.

Cons

It can be hard to know where to start, or to discover what functions I could be using but am missing out on.
I dont like that you can only see one month compared to the last month for the rankings table.
BirghtEdge is a little difficult to understand at first and some of the keyword concepts can be a hassle to learn.
With so many options and different categories to choose from, it may be sometimes hard to figure out where to start.
I feel like there are so many tools, and I don't utilize all of them yet.
You need to be aware of the time required upfront and on an ongoing based before you purchase the tool.
