Pros

Yext is very data-driven and intuitive. We use Yext to find out the web traffic volume and how we can use the Yext platform to help the users to find what they are looking for and turn it into eventual conversion.
I would highly recommend Yext to any business that wants to keep their on-line presence organized and efficient.
Yext allows us to keep up with the ever-changing nature of our health system and medical group in ways that would not otherwise be possible with such a small marketing team.
It's incredibly user-friendly. Easy to learn, easy to pass something off to a colleague, and easy to edit/make changes.
Yext allows us to help our customers achieve their SEO goals on a local and national level. The platform makes it easy to track data across all search aggregators and allows us to ensure that client data is synced across the board.

Cons

The platform is clunky to use and almost nothing is user-friendly or intuitive.
The filtering options can seem cumbersome at times with so many choices to pick.
I do not recommend using this company, due to their shady non-transparent business model, and lack of easy cancellation.
The whitelabeling could be a tad easier, and I'd like to see the web scraper (crawler) tool developed more, with better non-programming customizations.
I contacted customer support for Google Verification for the above location. It took a long time for them to get back to me, then they didn't resolve my issue.
