- I am disappointed that the digital ads marketing services team will not directly interact with the client as other marketing services teams will do.
- I need more help to fully understand the whole process and gain confidence of the process.
- You need to spend some time to find all the functionalities, so not 100 % fit for starters.
- Sometimes the platform can be a touch slow.
- It can sometimes be confusing to figure out some parts of the platform. Wish it was a tad bit more intuitive and had access to more options. Some of the products could be improved as well.
