- Sharpspring has given an additional in our digital marketing campaigns. Using the Sharpspring CRM has given us more visibility on the performance of our campaigns at a granular level.
- The most helpful thing about SharpSpring is the Life of a Lead Feature. This feature helps me see how engaged or unengaged the prospect or client is with my Smart Mails, Videos and forms that I send out via SharpSpring.
- Overall, the system is easy to use, offered at a great price and the support team is fantastic!
- SharpSpring has a very intuitive interface and many robust features.
- I really enjoy using the tool as it was intented; to grow and track my leads.
- My favorite part about SharpSpring is the readily available support team who will truly deep-dive any issue to help ensure customer satisfaction.
Cons
- Compared to HubSpot, SharpSpring doesn't have as good reporting capabilities.
- We've had a few challenges getting the billing setup correctly for our clients - we prefer to manage all accounts directly rather than having them bill through SharpSpring.
- The UI is a bit clunky and some tools/functionalities may take a few attempts to operate correctly.
- Some of the email templates are a little tricky. We stick with the basic templates and they work for us.
- Some of the design editing features are a little clunky (very minimal though).
- Our only note is that it could use more integrations knowing so many businesses use multiple tools.
