- Active Campaign can be a steep learning curve as you get a handle on the many ways it is possible to set the system up to suit you.
- ActiveCampaign is more expensive by a factor of 10 than I am used to, so that's a significant monthly expense.
- I think there could be better email templates and have a more easy-to-use user interface.
- I'd love a built-in survey/quiz maker - their form builder is very basic and definitely needs improvement.
- The design interface is slower than it should be, which can be quite frustrating.
- I haven't figured out where to see engagement other than looking at a bounce or unsubscribe report. When I go in and edit an email, the margins shift and cannot be fixed.
