Pros

Userpilot is an incredible, user-friendly software that allows us to create unforgettable experiences for our clients!
Excellent customer support.
It's an easy to use tool, works intuitive. I got started very quickly.
Simple to use, easy to integrate.
Ease of use, look and feel, the whole package!
The mix of tools at our disposal. We've been able to reduce the number of tools we're using as a result!

Cons

We were also keen to rollout the NPS survey, however, it is slightly lacking in customisation.
Hard to align tooltips, no integration with Hubspot.
Difficulty with some filters to view results
Not really anything to dislike in the current feature set, but it could be extended a bit (e.g. copying tour steps not only within the same tour, but also across tours).
Some aspects of the User Interface need improving.
As a small company, the initial price hurdle is my personal dislike.
