- It truly is a long process to ramp up to having advocates who consistently come in and volunteer to do those trickier.
- Sometimes there is a lag time with querying or targeting to your groups. If it doesn't target then you can't send out the challenge notification to your advocates.
- I do sometimes wish that the admin user experience flow could be smoother. You have to click through a lot of tabs/categories to get to your desired destination.
- The explore more reporting tools are far too complicated.
- Some aspects of the tool require a high level of knowledge for use.
- It takes some time to learn the system as with any advanced tool.
