Pros

The main thing is that it is very intuitive, the synchronization with Gmail is perfect.
It is a lovely software, I really liked its ease of use, it is ideal for small businesses, it is straightforward to send emails.
Streak integrates well with Google environments. It is very simple to import and explore using spreadsheets.
Streak is one of the best CRM that I have used so far.
I love the Streak pipelines for tracking just about everything. I'm a solopreneur, so I've been on the free version for years and it works just peachy.
I like that Streak can be integrated with Safari or Chrome. It is also available via mobile app.

Cons

I dislike that Streak is no longer compatible with iPad. I primarily use my iPad Pro, so this limits my usage capabilities.
Only thing I dislike is that it's not super easy to print out a view or list.
Extension crash found in some scenarios.
It takes time to access Streak, since you have to log in to the correct Gmail account, and then wait for the pipelines to load.
Sometimes it can freeze and the software tends to crash, it is something occasional but it does happen.
I want better customer service, in general, it is software with few details.
