- ZoomInfo has advanced search functionality that allows you to segment data using 100s of different segmentation filters at both a contact and company level.
- It's easy to use, the amount of data, and the insights provided by the platform.
- Aside from my current CRM Software, this is my number 1 tool for sales in my organization.
- We can see a significant improvement in targeting potential leads after using it for just a few months. Zoominfo has well integration with Salesforce which is really awesome.
- Data accuracy is really good when compared to competetors, good to see they are always buying out competetors and valuable technologies.
- The Intent tool is beneficial in deciding which targets I need to prioritize.

- The platform has slowed down exponentially since I first started using it.
- It is not updated every month, so few times you can get a person who left the organization.
- Some of ZoomInfo's marketing materials are unclear and suggest steps are taken to ensure their data is clean that potentially aren't.
