Pros

  • Best way to collect information of your clients when you are searching. It's very fast, competitive and always up to date.
  • The API integration between Insideview's platform and Salesforce is brilliant!
  • Everyone has access to the same company information, so our records become more consistent & accurate.
  • I love the detail of INSIGHT the tool provides at the cheek of the button.
  • It is like a cheat sheet for people working in Sales.
  • I like it that it helps me find new companies to prospect.

Cons

  • I think the contact information is very outdated.
  • Sometimes the information about the industry is missing.
  • The UI could be a little sleeker.
  • The API does not always function based on license type and is an add-on VS being a native feature of any subscription.
  • Significantly less contact data from mobile phone numbers to emails.
  • I do not often find that there are insights for many of my accounts and prospects.
