Pros

Influitive's Advocate Hub is easy to use and helps me engage my customers in a meaningful way.
They have a large library of resources to assist you to create new content and using their tools.
The best part about using Influitive is engaging with our partners and receiving real-time feedback.

Cons

It truly is a long process to ramp up to having advocates who consistently come in and volunteer to do those trickier.
Sometimes there is a lag time with querying or targeting to your groups. If it doesn't target then you can't send out the challenge notification to your advocates.
I do sometimes wish that the admin user experience flow could be smoother. You have to click through a lot of tabs/categories to get to your desired destination.
The explore more reporting tools are far too complicated.
Some aspects of the tool require a high level of knowledge for use.
It takes some time to learn the system as with any advanced tool.
