Pros

I love the initiative signup process they have, plus they have offered a thirty-day free trial to explore their platform, which is a decent thing about Proof.
The integration is simple with great videos and support. One of the few software programs I use that has swift and efficient help support.
Minimal coding experience needed for setting up proof on our site.
I really like how it brings my page to life.
The best thing about Proof is the customer service!
Proof makes the integration with your CRM very easy even if you need to use Zapier to connect it.

Cons

I didn't like service of the representatives. I joined proof and did not have luck installing the pixel on my website.
Customer support isn't that great.
The price is a little expensive.
It was slightly difficult to get the integrations working.
Some of the dashboard is a bit limited and you have to set it up properly from the beginning.
The setting up of the code was a bit tough but Proof's customer care team helped me fix it.
