Pros

As a non-technical content writer, I like the simple interface and well-organised way that SERanking presents information.
I've used other SEO website, and they are always a huge learning curve to learning their software.
We use it as part of our arsenal of SEO tools - with it coming out on top for it's ease of use, great UI and innovative tools.
SE Ranking provides all the tools you need to grow your website for 1/3 of the price you would have to pay with other SEO Tools.
The SE Ranking tool is detailed but still comprehensible (unlike something like google analytics which is often overwhelming).
I like most the backlink checker option since I'm always on the look out for deleted domains with good value.

Cons

I would like to have the ability to compare multiple domain metrics.
The support articles could be expanded, I always prefer doing my own research when I have an issue rather than bothering someone else.
Their backlink checker does not discover all the backlinks.

The data they have on some elements such as keywords doesn't exactly compare to other options online.
The UI productivity could really be improved if my selections can be saved to cookies so I won't have to repeat the steps of my view.
