Pros

I love the versatility of their quizzes. You can do some impressive customizations with them. It's been a handy tool to generate leads on my website.
I love the depth at which you can customise forms. It's easy to set up and it integrates with everything. Very powerful lead generation tool
Lots of integrations, including HubSpot! Ease of use, tons of options, and features.
There are different types of quizzes to be built and designing feature is very easy to use. Their support team is also very efficient and prompt in resolving issues.
Easy to use drag and drop format for ease of use, easy to customise, and I'm able to embed into my website.
Direct integration with our CRM tool, making the lead generation aspect very easy!

Cons

The constant upsell. I wish that there was a way to a le cart the process from the get go.
Sometimes additional features are an additional price.
It will be ideal to get jump logic service for all paid services instead of being forced to use the $600/month package.
Make sure what you are getting at your plan. It isn't too clear what is included in which plan when you're on trial.
Sometimes the dashboard can be a little slow to load.
I'm not a big fan of the way the logic is structured. It would be a lot easier to use in a sort of flow diagram visual representation.
