- Element has given us the ability to have continuous and free instant messaging without having to see everyone's replies and read through the whole conversation to catch up.
- I love the interfaces they are very clean neat and to point alongside being customizable.

Cons
- Setting up a server may be no that easy, and sometimes there is communication issues with the secure keys changing constantly
- It is a little difficult to manage multiple Riot accounts on mobile app
- It has certain bugs on Android that can be worked upon
