Pros

It's a great tool for documenting progress of an outreach project and for keeping track of all user activity when a particular project is being worked on by a number of people.
I love how easy it is to manage the outreach list, messages and how the campaign is performing.
Open and click rate tracking on outreach emails is invaluable, and the ability to send during particular windows of time depending on the campaign is so useful for international outreach.
The Chrome/Addon is delicious :)
BuzzStream is probably the only dedicated search, prospecting, and CRM tool available for link building outreach and partnerships.

Cons

Even tho its packed with a bunch of useful features and integrations with other tools like Hunter, BuzzStream can sometimes feel buggy and complicated.
Sometimes, with no-fault from the platform, my email gets disconnected when it gets 'too hot'.
Like most outreach tools, automated prospecting can be a bit off.
I never found a lot of exciting contacts in the research lists.
I also find it unhelpful that if when an individual you've reached out to at a particular publication unsubscribes, it marks the whole publication as "DO NOT CONTACT", meaning you're unable to send further emails to anyone.
