Pros

• I like the flexibility of flows you can build in Appcues and the ways you can use it to engage with your users.
• Appcues is enough user-friendly (if we talk about building onboarding flows) solution.
• Appcues has been instrumental for our engagement results in the Open LMS trial.
• I honestly believe it's a brilliant product and very well done with potential to grow and adapt and lead their market.
• The UI is smooth, we are able to sync data directly from Heap Analytics to Appcues so that we can target specific users based on their behaviors in our app.
• The best part of this app is that building app tour using this tool doesn't require coding knowledge. It is also very helpful in collecting NPS data and user feedback.

Cons

• The amount of configurability is limited. It does not allow us to set any delays or define any trigger for triggering an app tour.
• Sometimes when the file to upload is very huge then the banner widget doesn't show any progress bar.
• Appcues is one of the more expensive options on the market.
• I wish there was more ability to customize certain events.
• Appcues doesn't scale great.
• There are times where the google chrome extension does not work well.
