Pros

The amount of channels that you can use to reach your customers with marketing campaigns is truly amazing!
I have to say that CleverTap has made a significant contribution to increasing app engagement and conversion rate from free to paid users and decreasing churn rate.
Very Easy to use and analyze your audience based on Segments, Events, Funnels, Cohorts.
Having Used other Marketing Automation tools earlier, what Clevertap brings to the table is something beyond usual.
Omni-channel engagement models, performance and analytics around push notifications, prompt and dedicated support.
I can easily send IGP & PNs with fewer efforts.

Cons

Analytics could be better. Sometimes doesnt feel intuituve and the are some time metrics limitations.
Unclear communication in certain actions that requires industry-wide standardization.
Sometimes the report doesn't match with our data.
There are few challenges with respect to Events and container storage and their estimates.
One thing I don't like is you can't search a particular user profile with a Phone Number.
The documentation isn't good enough. It's a bit hard to find what you really need. I had to send a lot of queries to their customer support.
