Pros

It's extremely easy to use, being able to schedule posts ahead of time, and the ability to save posts.
Soci's dashboard is my favorite part! I love being able to see the whole month at a glance and see where I might have holes.
Being a manager of a gym my time is very valuable. We use SOCI to assist in time management. Scheduling marketing posts to our social media pages is something that is very important to our business.
I love how simple and intuitive the SOCi tool is! It makes it so easy to add users, upload content, schedule out posts and share with our franchisees. Big fan.
I like that you can geo-tag locations and can now post to GMB. I like the convenience of it all.
SOCi is a great tool. All library assets are in one place and can be organized according to project or individual. With multiple locations, SOCi makes it easier to manage multiple social media accounts.

Cons

SOCi seems to be a more expensive version of other tools, such as Sprout Social.
I am unable to log into Canva so I cannot post things I have previously created.
It seems like there are glitches every other month or so. I dislike that you can't schedule multiple photos (carousel style) on Instagram or that you can't post videos to LinkedIn and GMB.
We think that the interface can be a bit better. It's hard to follow at times.
Instagram doesn't always play well with scheduling software, so you can't do multiple photos or Reels.
I do not love how the content libraries work and how when I upload photos I can't upload them to content libraries without making the post at the same time.
