Pros
- I love that calls can be forwarded and managed so easily, calls are recorded so we aren't stressed to find a pen and paper when we're on the go, or keeping track of notes.
- I like how easy it is to use the platform and to pull data reports. The recorded call feature is my favorite, though.
- I love how Callrail replaces the phone number on the website based on where the traffic comes from.
- Callrail has a very clean and easy-to-navigate dashboard. Integrating it into a WordPress website is as easy as installing a plugin.

Cons
- Unable to filter spam calls automatically, we received 200 calls one month due to spam. That was not ideal as you can image.
- International service only. Callrail allows for non-USA business however the support is difficult to accommodate timezones and staff are not always aware of country differences.
- I do not like the billing and fees structure. When I first started with CallRail, I realize I was going to go over the minutes allocated per my package.
- One thing that I find the most frustrating is the lack of ability to perform bulk actions.
- The transcripts arent always the most accurate, but you can understand what was said with context clues.
- The support team are more scripted than they should be. This is because we generally are given responses that don't address our specific issue directly.
